As a Purchase Contract Administration Officer, you ensure that contracts, supplier data, and pricing agreements are correctly maintained and available in our systems. At Biscuit International, you work closely with colleagues from procurement, supply chain, and finance to support a smooth and efficient purchasing process. Using ERP systems and data management tools, you help maintain reliable information that enables production and supply chain teams to perform at their best.

What will you do?

• You register, manage, and archive procurement contracts for raw materials and packaging materials.
• You maintain purchasing prices, supplier information, and delivery conditions within the ERP system.
• You monitor contract expiration dates and proactively signal upcoming renewals.
• You verify supplier invoices against purchase orders and contractual agreements and resolve discrepancies.
• You contact suppliers to obtain required documentation and answer administrative inquiries.
