At Biscuit International, we produce millions of biscuits, waffles, cakes and bakery products every day for customers across Europe. As Manufacturing Hub Director, you are responsible for multiple manufacturing sites across the Netherlands and Belgium and play a key role in shaping the future of our operations. You work closely with Plant Managers, the Manufacturing Leadership Team and cross-functional partners. In this position, you combine strategic leadership with operational excellence to drive breakthrough growth and performance across the hub.

What will you do?

• You lead multiple Plant Managers and support the development of local leadership teams.
• You deliver results on safety, quality, delivery, cost and people performance.
• You drive continuous improvement initiatives across all sites.
• You translate the European manufacturing strategy into local execution, transformation programmes and investments.
• You take ownership on the business performance of your hub with a strong focus on service to customer, manufacturing cost and innovation.
